How the colours work
Green — 20 calls, 20 texts and 20 emails; or 1 car sold with 10/10/10; or 2+ cars sold.
Yellow — 10/10/10, or 1 car sold. A car is never red.
Red — no car and under 10 on calls, texts or emails.
Week & Month — green only if every worked day was green; yellow if the average is 10/10/10 (a car day counts as 20/20/20); otherwise red. Off and Excused days are skipped.
Managers — 80% of working reps green is green, 50% yellow, below 50% red. A day the manager is off is covered by Anthony Woods and not charged to them.
