Certifications

Tenure matters. Showing up, staying committed, and growing with the team adds consistent points over time.

Daily Scorecards
Submitting your daily Alpha Grade scorecards tracks your live performance and earns participation points.

Gamification
Challenges, streaks, leaderboard rankings, and special events reward active players with bonus Alpha Grade points.

Start with the Playbook. The Winning at Selling Cars course is the fastest way to earn your first big Alpha Grade boost.

Submit your Daily Scorecard every single day. Consistency adds up faster than cramming.

Chase certifications. Each official cert is a major AG multiplier — aim for Toyota OEM first.

Check the leaderboard weekly. See who's ahead of you, what they've completed, and set a target to beat them.

Complete your Player Profile. A complete profile with a photo, bio, and hometown earns bonus participation points.
