Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of TSB Online, an internal training and performance platform operated by Virtual Automotive Systems LLC ("Virtual Automotive") for the dealerships it works with, including Toyota of San Bernardino. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

Accounts are provided to employees of participating dealerships and are created from the employer's internal employee roster. Accounts are personal to you. You may not share your login link, one-time code, or session with anyone else, and you may not sign documents or complete training on another person's behalf.

Your employer may suspend or remove your access at any time, including when your employment ends.

SMS terms and conditions

Program: TSB Online sends work-related notifications to employees of participating dealerships, including one-time login codes, personal links to your portal account, and links to required training and policy documents.
Who receives messages: Employees whose mobile numbers are on file with their employer and who have consented to receive work-related text messages. Messages are not sent to customers or to the general public.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive messages when you log in, when a document requires your signature, and when training is scheduled.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Virtual Automotive does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
To stop: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Opting in or out of text messages is entirely voluntary and separate from your employment; declining or opting out will not affect your job status, pay, or your ability to complete required training through other channels such as email or the portal website.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Electronic signatures

The platform allows you to sign dealership policy documents and acknowledgments electronically. By signing electronically you agree that:

Your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and is intended to be binding.
You consent to receive and sign these records electronically rather than on paper.
We record the date, time, IP address, and device used when you sign, together with the version of the document you were shown, as evidence of the signature.
A copy of what you signed is emailed to you so that you can retain it. You may also request a copy from your dealership management at any time.

If you would prefer to sign on paper, contact your manager and a printed copy will be provided.

Acceptable use

Use the platform only for its intended work purpose.
Do not attempt to access another employee's account, records, or signing links.
Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform.
Training content and materials are the property of Virtual Automotive or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed outside your dealership.

Performance and training records

The platform displays training completion, certifications, grading, and performance metrics supplied by your employer and its systems. These records are employment records belonging to your employer. Questions or disputes about their accuracy should be raised with your dealership management.

Availability and disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Automotive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
